SHIPPING

Shipping is free throughout Italy for amounts over €50.00. For smaller sums, a national tariff of €15.00 is charged for any product. Delivery times are usually 24–48 hours nationwide. Orders with payment via Bank Transfer shall be processed once the actual crediting of the Order amount has been received. Usually, the lead time is two to three working days. An email will notify the Customer of the shipment, with the tracking number included so that the parcel can be traced at any time.

All Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays and days prior to public holidays). Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped same day, whilst those submitted after 12 noon shall ship the following day.

For each Order, the tracking service is active with the data that the forwarding agent will automatically send in order to monitor the location of the Order.

PAYPAL

The fastest, safest and most widely-used method in the world. Once you have completed your Order, log in to your PayPal account to complete payment.

BANK TRANSFER

This is a money transfer for the Order amount sent from bank to bank. The Order will be dispatched once payment has been received, usually within two to three working days.

CREDIT CARDS

Conveniently pay with your credit card in total security via PayPal by entering your card details in the space provided – you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. This payment method does not entail any additional costs for you.
